What you will do

• Develop and optimize CNC programs for 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining of complex parts
• Create efficient machining strategies and select tooling, cutting parameters, and methods
• Translate engineering designs from CAD/CAM software into manufacturable processes
• Support prototype manufacturing, NPI projects, and production transitions
• Validate programs on machines, analyze challenges, and perform quality verification with CMM
• Collaborate with CNC operators, manufacturing engineers, and quality teams on improvements

Requirements

• Experience in CNC programming for precision components with 3/4/5-axis machining
• Proficiency in advanced CAD/CAM software
• Knowledge of machining strategies, tooling, fixtures, and process validation
• Ability to analyze and resolve issues in tolerances, surface finish, and cycle times
• Experience with prototype/NPI and high-mix, low-volume production
• Strong collaboration skills with production and engineering teams
