What you will do

• Own expansion product surfaces including onboarding, admin upgrades, upsells, and sales handoffs.
• Define and execute data-driven roadmaps to improve conversion, activation, and expansion metrics.
• Partner with design, engineering, data science, pricing, activation, and sales teams.
• Conduct customer research to identify friction and expansion opportunities.
• Build and test prototypes using AI tools and rapid experimentation.
• Instrument funnels, analyze impact, and iterate based on insights.
• Drive cross-functional alignment for initiative delivery.

Requirements

• 4+ years in SaaS product management with end-to-end ownership and business impact
• Track record driving revenue growth via product-led expansion or monetization
• Experience in cross-functional agile teams with design, engineering, data, and go-to-market
• Strong product judgment for prioritization and tradeoffs
• Analytical mindset for metrics, funnels, and data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills
• Technical fluency for engineering collaboration

• Hands-on experience with AI tools for prototyping, analysis, or workflows
