Electronic Systems Engineer (F1)

Location: Based in Faenza, Italy, with 30-40% travel to 8 tests and races

What you will do

• Program software and calibrate parameters for sensors and actuators.
• Handle electronics car setup procedures and management of logging/telemetry systems.
• Perform electrical systems diagnostics and related data analysis.
• Prepare track activity reports and communicate with external suppliers (PU, FOM, FIA, etc.).
• Liaise with electricians, control engineers, mechanics, and other track teams on electrical topics.
• Proactively manage all electrical system activities professionally.

Requirements

• High School diploma or degree in electronics
• Extensive professional experience in motorsport industry
• Knowledge of Motion Applied software tools for F1 data analysis and configuration
• Knowledge of race car electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
• Fluency in English required; Italian a plus
• Based in Faenza, Italy, with travel to races/tests
