What you will do

• Research and innovate in ML, Deep Learning, and LLMs specifically applied to the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Design and validate novel ML models to identify and resolve complex bugs, vulnerabilities, and code smells.
• Implement LLM-based solutions, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and agentic systems for automated code remediation.
• Build and manage robust data pipelines to process massive code-centric datasets for training and evaluation.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate successful ML prototypes into production products.
• Document and communicate complex technical research findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Advanced academic background (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a quantitative field.
• Strong industry experience in machine learning and modern software engineering practices.
• Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with ML/DL frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
• Proven experience in applied Machine Learning, with a focus on NLP or Programming Language Processing (PLP).
• Expertise in modern LLM techniques: Fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA), prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and vector databases.
• Experience with large-scale data processing and cloud infrastructure (AWS).
