What you will do

• Own end-to-end execution of creative deliverables across Digital, Print, UI, and basic Motion Graphics.
• Translate complex briefs into clear, effective, and visually engaging design solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Ensure high quality and adherence to brand guidelines with a focus on minimal rework and First Time Right (FTR) outcomes.
• Collaborate with design leads, project managers, and content teams to clarify requirements and incorporate feedback.
• Optimize personal productivity and delivery efficiency through templates, reusable assets, and basic automation.
• Build and apply working knowledge of Gen AI tools to improve overall output quality.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of relevant experience in graphic design or creative services.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Working knowledge of UI tools, specifically Figma or equivalent.
• Strong expertise in typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Experience working in structured delivery environments.
