What you will do

• Design digital and print assets like social graphics, email visuals, web graphics, conference materials, presentations, one-pagers, and infographics.
• Translate concepts and business goals into visuals supporting Lyric’s healthcare brand and positioning.
• Ensure deliverables align with brand guidelines on logo, typography, color, tone, and accessibility.
• Manage creative requests from teams using organized intake processes, prioritization, and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Support digital marketing campaigns, thought leadership, and communications with relevant assets.
• Maintain brand asset libraries and evolve templates for efficiency and consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or equivalent with strong portfolio.
• 3-5 years professional graphic design experience, ideally in-house marketing or communications.
• Strong portfolio in digital design, brand systems, social, presentations, web graphics, and campaigns.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Figma preferred.
• Expertise in layout, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B, healthcare, or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with demand generation, digital performance marketing, motion graphics, or video editing.
• Collaboration with web teams and knowledge of accessibility best practices.
