Engineering Supply Manager

What you will do

• Contribute to commercial and sourcing strategy aligned with business needs.
• Lead technical and commercial negotiations using Should Cost models.
• Identify and select suppliers based on product and technology requirements.
• Co-lead Design for Cost principles in engineering and development phases.
• Drive cost excellence by validating targets and enabling supplier initiatives.
• Support negotiations and report on quality, cost, and delivery KPIs.

Requirements

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in cost analysis.
• Excellent knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes and production technologies.
• Knowledge of materials, machinability, and mechanical design.
• Ability to lead technical/cost negotiations with suppliers.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken); strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
