What you will do

• Lead outsourcing projects for CFRP parts and manage additive manufacturing items of varying complexity.
• Scout and evaluate new suppliers to improve technological efficiency and competitiveness.
• Execute end-to-end purchasing activities including RFQs, price negotiation, and order fulfillment.
• Monitor supplier performance (QCD) and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the Planning Department for BOM management and delivery scheduling.
• Maintain accurate reporting and KPIs for the assigned commodity.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Economics.
• Previous composite purchasing experience in Motorsport, Aerospace, or Automotive focusing on CFRP items.
• Strong commercial, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of composite components.
• English: Proficiency required.
• Location: Must be located in or be able to work in Faenza, Italy.
