What you will do

• Manage framework agreements and call-offs, ensuring all technical, administrative, and compliance documentation is accurate.
• Collaborate with the Finance department to handle invoice registration and contract guarantees.
• Maintain and update public procurement platforms, such as ANAC.
• Liaise with suppliers to resolve delivery delays and verify compliance documentation.
• Oversee official protocols, certified emails, and the archiving of procurement documents.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Economics, or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in contract management, procurement, or administrative support.
• Fluency in Italian and a good command of English.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Milan, Italy.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in public procurement or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with platforms such as ANAC.
