What you will do

• Develop and execute category strategies for Medium- and Heavy-Duty Electric Vehicles and Trailers.
• Build a sustainable and scalable supply network to enable the transformation of electric and autonomous transport.
• Lead Source to Contract activities, including supplier identification, selection, negotiation, and contract lifecycle management.
• Drive supplier relationship and performance management in collaboration with Operations and Finance.
• Lead major cost-out initiatives and tenders to facilitate new market entry.
• Work cross-functionally with company leaders to align procurement with business requirements and value propositions.

Requirements

• Several years of industry-related experience in global procurement and category management.
• Proven cross-functional leadership skills and ability to foster a culture of collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze complex data sets and draw actionable conclusions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Must be based in Stockholm, Sweden (Hybrid).
• This is a parental leave cover for 12 months, with potential for a permanent role.
