$24.00-$25.00 hourly

What you will do
- Develop individualized service plans focusing on integration, self-sufficiency, housing stability; conduct orientations and home visits.
- Assist with public benefits applications, school enrollment, Social Security, and skill-building coaching.
- Screen for housing eligibility, provide rental/utility assistance, develop stabilization plans, and educate on tenant rights.
- Outreach to landlords, coordinate housing setups, furnishings, and crisis support like eviction prevention.
- Maintain case documentation, track financial assistance, participate in outreach and partnerships.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
- Relevant professional experience in human services; minimum 2 years strongly preferred. Experience with case management, housing, or social services.
- Experience with immigrant/refugee populations preferred; lived experience valued.
- Strong relationship building, diplomacy, multicultural communication, problem-solving, multitasking.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Valid driver’s license, access to personal insured vehicle; proficient in Microsoft Office.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of housing systems, landlord/tenant rights, public benefits.
- Proficiency in languages spoken by IRC clients.
