What you will do

• Translate business strategy and operational challenges into scalable technology solution approaches.
• Partner with senior business and IT stakeholders to define and align enterprise initiatives across multiple European countries.
• Drive business architecture and systems analysis for large-scale enterprise transformation and platform onboarding programs.
• Review and challenge solution designs, integration patterns, and existing application landscapes.
• Lead workshops and alignment sessions to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.
• Act as a trusted advisor for enterprise platform integrations involving SAP, Salesforce, and similar ecosystems.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Business Architecture, Solution Analysis, or Enterprise Transformation roles.
• Proven experience operating within complex enterprise and matrix organizations.
• Deep understanding of enterprise application landscapes, integration patterns, and business process alignment.
• Practical experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP and Salesforce.
• Professional English communication skills.
• Residence in the Netherlands or Belgium with a valid work permit.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Exposure to formal governance and enterprise architecture processes.
• Experience working within Agile or SAFe environments.
