What you will do
- Provide advanced consultation to advisors on compensation programs, contract requirements, and team-based systems.
- Manage the implementation of an upcoming platform transformation in collaboration with the Program Manager.
- Analyze usage and ROI of teaming programs to identify trends and recommend enhancements.
- Create and maintain training collateral, tools, and standard work for the Teaming platform.
- Execute annual platform requirements including year-end processes and team segmentation.
- Develop and enhance Teaming-related reports within the distribution reporting platform.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in financial services operations with knowledge of risk and wealth management.
- 3+ years of experience supporting advisor teams and understanding team-based business models.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables) and data querying for program analysis.
- Must be able to pass a non-registered fingerprinted background check (FINRA).
- Must be based in or able to work from Springfield or Boston, Massachusetts.
