What you will do

• Provide advanced consultation to advisors on compensation programs, contract requirements, and team-based systems.
• Manage the implementation of an upcoming platform transformation in collaboration with the Program Manager.
• Analyze usage and ROI of teaming programs to identify trends and recommend enhancements.
• Create and maintain training collateral, tools, and standard work for the Teaming platform.
• Execute annual platform requirements including year-end processes and team segmentation.
• Develop and enhance Teaming-related reports within the distribution reporting platform.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in financial services operations with knowledge of risk and wealth management.
• 3+ years of experience supporting advisor teams and understanding team-based business models.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables) and data querying for program analysis.
• Must be able to pass a non-registered fingerprinted background check (FINRA).
• Must be based in or able to work from Springfield or Boston, Massachusetts.
