What you will do

• Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok and YouTube
• Drive ticket sales through performance-led digital marketing strategies
• Work with internal festival teams and external agencies to improve campaign effectiveness
• Monitor performance metrics including CAC, ROI and conversion performance
• Provide recommendations on budget allocation and campaign optimisation

Requirements

• Remote from UK
• Proven experience managing paid social campaigns with measurable results
• Hands-on expertise across platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics including CAC and LTV
• Experience managing mid-sized digital marketing budgets across multiple campaigns
• Excellent communication skills to advise stakeholders and justify spend decisions
