What you will do

• Develop cohesive textile collections, balancing artistic creativity with production efficiency.
• Produce precise technical documentation, including color references, scales, and drawings for manufacturing.
• Identify global marketplace trends and innovate new rug constructions and materials.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to finalize project briefs and high-impact client presentations.
• Oversee quality control, manage manufacturing challenges, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
• Manage the production of rug samples and prototypes for testing and client approval.

Requirements

• Professional portfolio demonstrating high-end textile design capabilities.
• Tertiary qualifications in Design (Textiles or related field preferred).
• Mastery of Adobe Illustrator and professional design workflows.
• Ability to create and interpret technical scale drawings.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience managing the full project lifecycle from initial concept to final completion.
