What you will do

• Execute multi-channel CRM campaigns via email, push, in-app messaging, and SMS.
• Design and optimize lifecycle journeys, including onboarding, retention, and reactivation.
• Manage player segmentation and targeting based on behavior and engagement patterns.
• Oversee monetization activities, including QA of promotions, bonuses, and pricing.
• Analyze player behavior and performance data to identify optimization opportunities.
• Conduct A/B testing on messaging, timing, and offer structures.

Requirements

• 3+ years of CRM experience, ideally in the online casino or simulated gaming industry.
• Proven track record of running multi-channel CRM campaigns.
• Strong understanding of retention mechanics and monetization strategies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to handle player data and targeting.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Must be based in Estonia and eligible to work there.

• Experience in simulated gaming (SIM) CRM.
