What you will do

• Lead all marketing and communications activities for hirify.global Tallinn to strengthen brand visibility in Estonia.
• Manage and develop the Baltic Marketing & Communications team, overseeing two direct reports.
• Act as a strategic communications partner to senior business leaders, providing counsel and practical support.
• Create high-quality content in Estonian and English, including press releases, blog posts, and speeches.
• Manage media relations in Estonia and maintain strong connections with journalists and stakeholders.
• Plan and execute publicity campaigns and events in collaboration with Baltic business teams.

Requirements

• Solid experience in marketing and communications planning and execution.
• Previous people management experience or readiness for a formal leadership role.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in Estonian and English.
• Ability to navigate complex topics and work effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Relevant higher education in communications, marketing, journalism, social sciences, or business.
• Must be based in Tallinn, Estonia.
