Location: Tallinn, Estonia (hybrid with minimum 3 days in office per week)

What you will do
- Manage global social media content pipeline across markets and platforms.
- Coordinate editorial planning, approvals, and publishing schedules across teams and channels.
- Handle content calendar end-to-end, including briefing timelines, production milestones, and publishing windows.
- Act as operational link between creative, strategy, production, and local market teams, managing dependencies and risks.
- Support reporting, tooling, asset organization, and operational administration.
- Maintain and improve systems, templates, and processes for global social media function.
Requirements
- Proven experience in content coordination, editorial planning, or social media operations in fast-moving or multi-market environments.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders.
- Strong written communication for coordinating distributed and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with content management and workflow tools like Sprout Social, Notion, Airtable.
- Understanding of social media content creation, scheduling, and publishing on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset to adapt to shifting priorities.
