TL;DR
SailPoint Support Engineer (IAM): Managing and troubleshooting the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform to ensure seamless identity governance and access management for North American clients with an accent on L2/L3 support, custom connector development, and incident resolution. Focus on diagnosing complex production issues, implementing performance optimizations, and collaborating with cross-functional infrastructure teams.
Location: Remote (Canada)
Salary: CAD 74,000 – 90,000

What you will do
- Manage the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform, including aggregation, provisioning, access requests, and user lifecycle management.
- Diagnose and resolve L2/L3 incidents and problems to minimize business impact and decrease re-occurring issues.
- Design, develop, and implement custom plugins and connectors to onboard new applications.
- Perform root cause analysis for production issues and implement technical enhancements.
- Collaborate with Architects and infrastructure teams to resolve complex integration challenges.
- Participate in 24x7 on-call rotations and non-standard work shifts as required by project needs.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Level 2 or 3 SailPoint IIQ Administrator.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and their application in Identity and Access Management.
- Demonstrated experience in the development of plugins or connectors for SailPoint IIQ.
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux basic administration and Tomcat 9.0.
Nice to have
- Certified SailPoint Identity IQ Professional.
- Experience managing the overall operations of SailPoint Identity IQ.
- Proficiency with scripting languages such as Java, Bean Shell, or PowerShell.
