What you will do

• Manage the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform, including aggregation, provisioning, access requests, and user lifecycle management.
• Diagnose and resolve L2/L3 incidents and problems to minimize business impact and decrease re-occurring issues.
• Design, develop, and implement custom plugins and connectors to onboard new applications.
• Perform root cause analysis for production issues and implement technical enhancements.
• Collaborate with Architects and infrastructure teams to resolve complex integration challenges.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotations and non-standard work shifts as required by project needs.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Level 2 or 3 SailPoint IIQ Administrator.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and their application in Identity and Access Management.
• Demonstrated experience in the development of plugins or connectors for SailPoint IIQ.
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux basic administration and Tomcat 9.0.

Nice to have

• Certified SailPoint Identity IQ Professional.
• Experience managing the overall operations of SailPoint Identity IQ.
• Proficiency with scripting languages such as Java, Bean Shell, or PowerShell.
