What you will do

• Provide technical support on security devices and cloud deployments via phone or remote sessions.
• Collect, analyze customer network data and packet captures to recommend changes.
• Debug and troubleshoot device misconfigurations, connectivity, and L3 routing issues.
• Recreate issues in the lab and collaborate with engineering on workarounds and fixes.
• Apply L2, L3, L4, and L7 networking knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Engineering.
• Knowledge of network protocols: TCP/IP, UDP, SSH, TLS/SSL, HTTP/HTTPS, Proxy, VLAN, Routing.
• Understanding of OSI model, Windows/Unix/Linux OS, firewalls, IPS, Mail Security Gateways.
• US Citizenship required and authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Proficient spoken and written English.

Nice to have

• Industry certificates (FCNSA, CCNA, CCIE).
• Experience with security devices, dynamic routing (OSPF, BGP), authentication protocols (LDAP, SSO, 2FA).
