What you will do

  • Submit clean claims efficiently and accurately for assigned clinics.
  • Follow up on denials and rejections with urgency and clarity.
  • Post payments, reconcile accounts, and maintain proactive communication with clinics.
  • Build internal billing documentation and resources to support knowledge sharing.
  • Identify payer trends and process gaps to collaborate on systemic improvements.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of US medical billing experience, including full-cycle billing.
  • Hands-on experience with Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and workers’ comp.
  • Proficiency with billing systems such as Office Ally, Availity, Kareo, or Epic.
  • Strong understanding of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and interpreting EOBs/ERAs.
  • Must be based in the United States (indicated by US-specific benefits and tax requirements).
