What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Okta solutions
• Gather and translate customer requirements into scalable IAM designs
• Integrate applications using SAML 2.0, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and WS-Federation
• Develop integrations using REST APIs, JSON, and web technologies across cloud and on-premise
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring quality, timelines, documentation, and customer adoption
• Collaborate with internal teams on issue resolution, best practices, and sales opportunities

Requirements

• Mandatory: Okta Developer and/or Workflows Certification
• Valid Okta Consultant Certification
• 3–5 years in IAM/identity consulting or technical delivery
• Strong experience with federation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, WS-Fed)
• Proven IAM solution implementations and identity lifecycle management
• Enterprise customer consulting experience, communication, and stakeholder management
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related (preferred)

• Hands-on Okta implementations and Workflows
• Programming (Java, .NET, PHP), REST/JSON APIs
• JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Ember)
• Node.js or mobile development (iOS/Android)
• Okta products (OIG, OAG, OPA, ASA), cloud platforms
• CISSP or similar security certifications
