Location: Onsite in Falls Church, VA. Public Trust clearance required. Travel up to 10%.

What you will do

• Analyze complex data sets to interpret trends, draw insights, and support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and present clear reports on analytical findings to diverse stakeholders.
• Utilize data analysis tools, BI platforms, and process modeling software for program objectives.
• Identify root causes of business issues and develop data-driven solutions.
• Apply business acumen to operations, financial principles, and industry dynamics.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Support development and improvement of business processes and workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business field.
• 3+ years as Senior Business Analyst with DoD military/civilian customers.
• Public Trust clearance.
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and pattern identification.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, BI platforms, and process modeling software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills and business acumen.
