What you will do

• Provide strategic planning, program management, and implementation support.
• Support change management, transformation, and integration efforts.
• Establish, reform, and optimize strategic, business, and communication processes.
• Design and implement new strategic capabilities.
• Perform program plan development, management, and reporting activities.
• Assist with the development of strategic communications, outreach, change management and transformation programs.

Requirements

• TOP SECRET/SCI eligible
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5 years’ relevant experience in strategic planning, project/program management, transformation, communications, and decision support.
• Demonstrated knowledge and ability to develop solutions across multiple complex tasks.
• Experience evaluating options in the context of project objectives.
• Experience supporting project objectives through data gathering and recommendations.

Nice to have

• Strong interpersonal/social skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience operating within the Department of Defense (DoD).
• Proven ability to brief and interact with senior military leaders.
• Professional certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) a Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher).
