What you will do

• Collect, validate, and analyze program and operational data.
• Prepare reports, charts, dashboards, and briefings for leadership.
• Assist with process mapping, metrics tracking, and documentation.
• Provide research and administrative support for studies and assessments.
• Support the creation of executive presentations and recurring performance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a general business field.
• 1–3 years of relevant analytical or administrative experience.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, business intelligence platforms, and process modeling software.
• Public Trust Clearance.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
