Sr. Work Center Planner (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Develop monthly and weekly S&OE production plans and translate them into executable daily mold plots.
• Balance monthly demand requirements with plant capacity and material availability to ensure stable supply.
• Monitor market dynamics and customer demand to proactively adjust production plans and minimize stock-out risks.
• Manage SKU-level inventory to maintain healthy ranges and reduce slow-moving or excess stock.
• Coordinate with Production Control, Raw Material, NTI, and EQ teams to ensure timely delivery of production targets.
• Collaborate with Quality and Manufacturing teams to optimize scheduling logic and improve Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE).

Requirements

• Experience in S&OE planning and production scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to analyze capacity gaps and implement mitigation actions for production bottlenecks.
• Strong coordination skills to work across sales, customer service, and plant operations teams.
• Proficiency in demand monitoring and SKU-level inventory management.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Pulandian, China
