What you will do

• Lead global supply planning, S&OP, and IBP with direct accountability for supply commitments.
• Own capacity planning and supplier orchestration across Tier-1 networks.
• Make enterprise-level decisions under ambiguity and pressure.
• Lead large cross-regional teams and alihirify.global senior stakeholders.
• Drive process standardization and digital/system transformation.

Requirements

• 15+ years progressive experience in global supply chain/supply planning leadership.
• Proven leadership in global supply planning/S&OP/IBP at senior level.
• Deep understanding of capacity planning, supplier ecosystems, and lifecycle management.
• Strong decision-making and accountability under complexity.
• Track record in organizational leadership, process transformation, and digital enablement.
• Ability to influence and alihirify.global senior cross-functional stakeholders.
