What you will do

• Provide technical support and advice on administrative and financial management for Congressional travel.
• Coordinate with Congressional staff, military liaisons, embassies, consulates, and executive branch counterparts for travel organization.
• Manage Staff Delegations (STAFFDELs), notifications, and financial tracking.
• Liaise with authorizing committees for expenditure reports and cost estimates.
• Draft and clear cable traffic, prepare monthly status reports, and adapt to program changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (or High School Diploma + 4 years experience).
• 5+ years as liaison or Legislative Management Officer managing travel.
• Demonstrated experience in E2 travel system.
• Top-Secret Clearance required.
• Location: Washington, DC (Onsite).
