Location: Hybrid in Tallinn, Estonia (minimum 12 in-office days per month)

What you will do

  • Drive the development and continuous improvement of Android features to ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Own features end-to-end, from discovery and technical design to implementation, release, and impact validation.
  • Improve code quality through refactoring, performance optimization, and comprehensive unit testing.
  • Make data-driven decisions through experimentation and hypothesis validation to improve customer experience.
  • Contribute technical insights and ideas to help shape product strategy and roadmap decisions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, and QA teams to deliver high-impact initiatives.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in the Android platform, SDK internals, and application lifecycle.
  • Strong proficiency in Kotlin, Coroutines, and Flow.
  • Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and modern architecture (Clean Architecture, MVVM, MVI, Dependency Injection).
  • Experience building production-ready apps with JUnit, Espresso, and Compose Test.
  • Ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Daily use of AI tools to optimize workflows and increase efficiency.
