What you will do

• Estimate and complete development tasks including coding, requirements gathering, and analysis
• Practice technical and communication skills to mentor junior developers and improve context knowledge
• Assess and diagnose issues in owned systems, prioritizing based on business alignment
• Participate in on-call rotations, planning sessions, and architecture discussions
• Present work internally and externally, support recruiting, and drive team process improvements
• Exhibit understanding of business interactions and customer problems being solved

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of engineering experience (relevant experience may substitute for education)
• Progressive experience with relevant technologies and understanding of business impact
