What you will do

• Design and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce declarative tools like Flows and Lightning App Builder
• Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, enhancements, and monthly release cycles
• Conduct user training and create documentation for new platform functionality

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Platform Consultant, Administrator, or Developer
• Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Proficiency in LWC, Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and API integrations
• Required certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201) and Platform App Builder
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

Nice to have

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and transformation
