What you will do

• Monitor imaging systems and worklists, escalating issues per established procedures.
• Ensure exam accuracy and completeness while running required operational reports.
• Coordinate effective communication between radiologists, physicians, and client teams.
• Handle incoming and outbound non-sales support calls.
• Perform data entry and maintain clear documentation with team members.

Requirements

• Background in Service Desk, Technical Support, Call Center, or Customer Service roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Mesa, AZ.
