What you will do

• Support full lifecycle of outpatient applications including upgrades, rollouts, migrations, conversions, and process improvements.
• Handle application maintenance, image data transfers, and onboarding new radiologists.
• Work incidents and service requests in ServiceNow within defined SLAs.
• Collaborate with Regional Outpatient IT Directors, Enterprise IT, and Operations to meet radiologists' needs.

Requirements

• On-site in Las Vegas, NV
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Systems or related discipline, or equivalent IT experience.
• 2-3 years diverse IT experience.
• 2-3 years clinical application support experience; knowledge of PACS, HL7, RIS, voice recognition systems a plus.
• Experience with ticket management/service desk systems; ServiceNow a plus.
• Healthcare experience, particularly in radiology, favored.
