Hourly: $18.50–$21.00

What you will do

• Monitor imaging systems and worklists, escalating issues per procedures
• Ensure exam accuracy and completeness; run operational reports
• Communicate effectively with radiologists, physicians, and client teams
• Handle incoming support calls and make outbound calls as needed
• Perform data entry and maintain clear documentation with team

Requirements

• Background in Service Desk, Technical Support, Call Center, or Customer Service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced, evolving environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and following procedures
• Location: Hybrid in Mesa, AZ; US work authorization (E-Verify)
