What you will do

• Lead business process discovery to identify gaps and propose high-level and detailed process flows.
• Configure NetSuite using SuiteSuccess methodology and write functional specifications for the development team.
• Manage the full testing lifecycle, including quality assurance, unit, integration, and regression testing.
• Create best-practice documentation and conduct training for business users.
• Oversee day-to-day project tasks and overall implementation activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with NetSuite ERP.
• Experience with 10+ full-cycle implementations.
• English: Full professional proficiency required.
• Expertise in ARM (Advanced Revenue Management) and Multi-book requirements.
• Background in IT, Business, or Finance consulting.
• Location: Must be based in Bogotá, Colombia for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• NetSuite ERP Certification.
• SuiteSuccess methodology experience.
