Location: US Remote (West-Coast)

Compensation: $90K to $100K annual salary with an additional annual bonus.

What you will do

• Deliver superior customer service supporting all RISA software via telephone, email, and conferencing.
• Resolve complex technical customer issues using discretion and independent judgment.
• Test software to ensure quality and customer satisfaction throughout development cycles.
• Instruct virtual training classes for structural engineers.
• Provide hand calculations to validate software and write technical engineering specifications for product development.
• Write clear technical documentation for external customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Civil or Structural Engineering
• PE license required
• 3 to 5 years structural design engineering experience
• Experience with the RISA and ADAPT product suite preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate with both knowledgeable and novice users
• Confident in speaking to customers over the phone and writing clear documentation
• Team player, self-motivated with positive attitude, able to multitask
