What you will do

• Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for individual talents, shows, and the overall company brand.
• Coordinate the creation, scheduling, and publishing of daily content including Stories, Reels, and Shorts.
• Collaborate with hosts and production teams to amplify personal brands and ensure authentic representation.
• Monitor audience interactions and foster a vibrant, positive community.
• Track KPIs and analyze performance data to make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Manage sensitive communications and protect talent and brand reputation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of professional social media management experience, preferably in subscriber-based media.
• At least 2 years of experience managing a cohesive social team.
• Deep understanding of emotional storytelling, viral hooks, and algorithms for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, and Threads.
• Ability to edit video and graphics for social media consumption.
• Must be based in Irving, US
