Social Media Manager + Strategist (ManyChat)

Location: Remote

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Performance-based bonuses and incentives are also available.

hirify.global is a women's fitness and nutrition coaching brand helping women aged 35 and over change their bodies through hormone- and nutrition-led coaching.

What you will do

• Own the organic social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts, translating business goals into quarterly and monthly content roadmaps.
• Build and maintain a live content calendar covering concepting, filming, scripting, editing, approvals, publishing, and promotion.
• Develop platform-native hooks, formats, series, trend adaptations, and breakout concepts based on audience language, trends, performance data, and content pillars.
• Coordinate scripts, editors, designers, agencies, on-camera talent, ambassadors, quality control, deadlines, and asset libraries.
• Build unified reporting for growth, engagement, views, saves, shares, cadence, outliers, leads, and booked sales calls, using results to guide the next week's plan.
• Manage ManyChat keyword-triggered flows, lead magnets, social CTAs, email coordination, community engagement, and partnerships that move audiences toward sales.

Requirements

• Proven experience building or rebuilding an organic social strategy with measurable follower, engagement, view, lead, or revenue results.
• Experience managing and growing a high-performing Instagram account; DTC, wellness, fitness, or coaching experience is preferred.
• Track record of creating breakout content and explaining the strategy behind successful hooks, formats, series, and trends.
• Strong organizational, reporting, analytics, attribution, writing, and brand-voice skills.
• Experience coordinating creative production across editors, designers, agencies, and on-camera talent.
• Hands-on ManyChat or comparable chat-automation experience, plus working knowledge of email marketing platforms, funnel logic, and lead magnet strategy.

• Experience marketing to women aged 35 and over or working in fitness, wellness, or coaching.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop or e-commerce-linked content.
• Experience managing ambassador or affiliate creators or building an in-house content function.
• Familiarity with ClickUp, Metricool, Canva, or comparable tools.
