Head of Instagram (AI)

Location: Remote, with Los Angeles strongly preferred; much of the work happens in person, with frequent commitments in LA and travel at least once per month. Applicants must be based in Los Angeles or be ready to relocate to the United States.

Compensation: $175,000–$250,000 total annual compensation, consisting of salary and company equity.

What you will do

• Own hirify.global’s organic Instagram strategy, brand voice, content calendar, and recurring format cadence.
• Produce social content end to end, including concepting, scripting, filming, editing, design, publishing, and community management.
• Appear on camera as a recurring brand correspondent and direct the CEO, co-founder, leadership talent, contractors, and influencer partners.
• Build explainer content covering brain science, productivity, focus, sleep, performance, leaders, and systems of thinking.
• Run testing cycles for hooks, Trial Reels, and content formats, reporting weekly on performance and learnings.
• Track follower growth, reach, saves, shares, watch-through, traffic, conversions, and the organic content budget.

Requirements

• Charismatic on-camera presence and fluency in productivity, business, entrepreneurship, and finance.
• Verifiable experience growing an account from a small audience to more than 50,000 followers with healthy engagement.
• Hands-on Instagram expertise across Reels, carousels, Trial Reels, Stories, collaborations, and performance-driven content strategy.
• Ability to script, perform, edit, and design content independently while leading a small contractor team.
• Experience working quickly, shipping content, analyzing results, and iterating based on performance data.
• Readiness for frequent in-person work in Los Angeles and travel at least once per month.
