What you will do
- Own the X publishing calendar, writing, packaging, and publishing daily posts and launch rollouts.
- Watch videos, select high-performing clips, and brief editors on cutdowns and captions.
- Adapt content for Threads and manage real-time replies, community interaction, and trend moments.
- Develop branded and partner content while expanding reach through creator and community ecosystems.
- Coordinate with video, editorial, talent, brand, communications, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Shorts teams.
- Monitor sentiment, track daily performance, run tests, and produce reporting that supports publishing decisions.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of social media experience with X or Twitter as the primary platform.
- At least 2 years as the named owner of an account with more than 1 million followers.
- Experience in real-time content environments such as sports, media, streaming, gaming, esports, creator entertainment, or a consumer brand known for X excellence.
- Exceptional short-form copywriting skills and evidence of posts that achieved significant reach.
- Experience running live coverage during game days, premieres, launches, or breaking moments.
- Ability to edit short-form video or brief editors precisely, work with stakeholders under pressure, and use platform analytics for decisions.
