What you will do

• Request and approve new customer account creations and credit reviews within authority limits.
• Perform credit analysis, obtain reports from agencies like Experian and D&B, and set payment terms and limits.
• Monitor delinquent accounts, make collection calls, send dunning letters, and resolve disputes and deductions.
• Interface with sales, customer service, and support areas to escalate issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Maintain customer financial information and manage low to high-risk accounts per country-specific guidelines.

Requirements

• Previous credit and collection experience (minimum of 5 years).
• Excellent written and spoken English required.
• Excel, Word, and PowerPoint experience required.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience interacting with Sales and Marketing units preferred.

Nice to have

• SAP experience.
