What you will do

• Lead and optimize core marketing operations processes, tools, and workflows for consistency and efficiency.
• Manage end-to-end marketing budget tracking, reporting, spend pacing, and ROI evaluation.
• Build and maintain central dashboards for performance visibility, budget utilization, and campaign impact.
• Analyze marketing performance, engagement metrics, and market data to generate actionable insights.
• Monitor market dynamics, competitive activity, and customer trends to inform strategy.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, finance, and vendors for smooth execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, industrial engineering, accounting, actuary, or business administration.
• Strong financial acumen for budget management, spend tracking, and investment effectiveness.
• Highly analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide business recommendations.
• Understanding of market dynamics, competitive movement, and customer behavior.
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
