What you will do

• Own end-to-end product analytics for SME, driving decisions across growth and product development.
• Build the core analytics foundation from scratch, defining key metrics, user funnels, and tracking architecture.
• Design visibility into acquisition channels and analyze user journeys to optimize conversion.
• Implement scalable reporting for acquisition performance and evaluate A/B testing outcomes.
• Analyze full-funnel flows from first touch to activation and repeat usage.
• Partner with stakeholders to transform ambiguous business objectives into measurable hypotheses.

Requirements

• Technical or mathematical degree from a top-tier university.
• Expert knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Superset.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Mexico.
• English proficiency: B1+ required.
