What you will do
- Produce sophisticated visual designs for digital and print platforms aligned with client objectives.
- Lead creative execution and brand ownership for mid- to high-priority brands.
- Translate client briefs into actionable creative plans through research on audiences and trends.
- Perform QA on designs to ensure outputs meet or exceed quality standards.
- Mentor junior designers, supporting their skill development and workflow efficiency.
- Present creative concepts and design strategies to internal leadership and clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in multimedia design with a strong, versatile portfolio.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Canva.
- Experience with Google Workspace and collaboration tools like ClickUp.
- Ability to report onsite to execute work-related tasks.
Nice to have
- Experience in digital marketing, advertising, or creative agency environments.
- Exposure to AI-assisted design tools and workflows.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior team members.
