Location: Remote from Batangas City, Batangas (Philippines). Graveyard shift Monday to Friday for US and Canadian clients.

Salary: Starting at PHP 15,000 - PHP 19,200 monthly (based on skills, attitude, performance, attendance). Probationary up to 17,000; Freelance up to 19,200.

What you will do

• Create visual concepts using software to inspire and engage audiences in campaigns.
• Edit raw video files into post-ready outputs.
• Develop layouts and production designs for social media, ads, brochures, and more.
• Utilize AI tools for video prompting, image generation, and creative enhancements.
• Incorporate client or PM feedback and ensure alignment with project briefs.
• Stay updated with new design and AI tools.

Requirements

• Proficient in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut).
• Skilled in AI tools (e.g., Sora, Midjourney, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E 3).
• Intermediate photo and layout editing (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong graphic design principles: layout, typography, digital/print formatting.
• Work independently under tight deadlines with attention to detail.
• Equipment: Laptop/Desktop (i3, 8GB RAM, Windows 10+), headset, webcam, 30mbps DL/10mbps UL wired internet.
• Software: MS Office, PDF reader, AnyDesk, Zoom, Discord.
