What you will do

• Redraw accurate residential and commercial floor plans and site plans from sketches, calculating area breakdowns as needed.
• Complete 5+ floor plans per day, ensuring alignment with client specs and templates.
• Perform quality checks, identify errors, and implement revisions within 2 hours.
• Manage file organization, job trafficking, production queue, and administrative tasks.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide team support, and contribute to workflow improvements.
• Deliver daily progress reports on output, challenges, and completions.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience redrawing floor plans or technical drawings from sketches.
• Strong Adobe Illustrator skills with attention to detail, proportion, and accuracy.
• Ability to handle residential/commercial plans, area calculations, and 5+ plans/day productivity.
• Quality control expertise to catch errors and meet 97%+ quality score.
• Fast revision handling, organizational skills for files and queues.
• Excellent written communication for inquiries and team collaboration.
• Proactive reporting, reliability, and team participation.
