What you will do

• Support the administration of funds and investment vehicles.
• Validate, prepare, and file FATCA and CRS tax documentation and annual reports.
• Guide clients through GIIN applications and registrations on local tax authority portals.
• Monitor evolving FATCA and CRS requirements, including CRS 2.0, and assess their impact on reporting and due diligence.
• Collaborate with fund administration, compliance, sales, and product teams on customer and product-related issues.
• Develop or support AI, automation, and other solutions that streamline internal workflows and scale operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience with FATCA/CRS tax documentation validation, preparation, and annual reporting.
• Experience with FATCA and CRS filing obligations across Singapore, Malaysia, the Cayman Islands, the British Virgin Islands, Abu Dhabi, and Australia.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.
• Knowledge of the fund industry and the ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in learning complementary operational functions and applying AI and automation to improve processes.
