Financial Accountant / Senior Financial Accountant

What you will do

• Prepare full sets of accounts for multiple entities and maintain general ledger accounts.
• Manage daily accounting operations covering revenue, expenses, and cost allocations.
• Prepare and review accounting entries, bank reconciliations, and month-end schedules.
• Complete month-end and year-end close processes and support group and local statutory audits.
• Perform intercompany cross-charges and coordinate audited financial statement filings with the corporate secretary and ACRA.
• Contribute to process improvement projects and ERP implementation and enhancement initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in auditing or accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• CA/CPA certification or progress toward certification.
• At least three years of experience in a manufacturing environment or public accounting firm.
• Experience adapting to new technologies and processes.
