What you will do

• Own the end-to-end internal communications strategy and translate goals into measurable employee engagement.
• Develop and maintain the voice and messaging across internal channels (Slack, newsletters, and emails), ensuring consistent tone and visual identity.
• Drive employee engagement through creative new formats, tools, and approaches that support a positive culture.
• Partner across labels and departments to ensure timely, consistent updates that cut through information overload.
• Maintain a central repository of communications materials and run a content calendar for coordination and relevance.
• Track and analyze communication performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Pilot AI-driven tools (e.g., Gemini) to automate workflows and modernize internal communications operations.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications, plus a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to turn complex corporate initiatives into clear narratives for different regions.
• Proven experience architecting and rolling out end-to-end internal comms plans aligned to business goals and employee sentiment.
• Digital fluency with CMS, email platforms, and multimedia creation; ability to pilot new AI solutions.
• Ability to influence without authority, build trust across diverse teams, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and operational agility to deliver on deadlines with attention to detail.
