What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the most complex initiatives across multiple teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Act as a change advocate, leading organizations through pivots to address business trends and priorities.
• Drive Technical Program Management best practices and develop best-of-class software development processes.
• Use technical domain knowledge to influence the strategic direction of teams and the department.
• Define and track quality and performance metrics across complex projects.
• Develop methods for communicating planning, program status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience on software teams as a Technical Program Manager or Development Manager.
• Experience delivering complex projects or solutions spanning different organizational groups.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting to all levels, from engineers to executives.
• Experience with software development tools (GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins) and public cloud technology (AWS, Azure).
• Working knowledge of AI, including machine learning, model lifecycles, and data pipelines.
• Must be based in the United States.
